They have been relisting woodland creek way and the galdwal townhouse in the true homes mallard creek divisions since summer. Reporting to the BBB and real estate commission."

"“No Integrity Rentals.” The best thing about renting from them is realizing how horrible a tru homes house is built so you can make sure you will never buy one. They nickle and dime your deposit: 1.)sheet rock repair when it specifically says not to repair holes yourself. when we moved in Maitenance told us we could hang whatever we wanted and they would fix the screw holes upon move out. Guess that was a lie. 2.) $150 Front door paint. LOL. What?!?! 3.) They charge you for pine needles. Unreal. $350 for something no other rental companies have ever charged me for. Meanwhile rent was always paid. Carpets were cleaned on move out and the house was spotless. But hey we hung pictures so charge them $150 to spackle. What a joke. Susan the manger is just a bundle of joy. That’s sarcasm. She couldn’t be more disinterested in helping tenants. I complained of the back door sticking when it got hot, to the point you couldn’t open it. They said this was normal lol. Nope that’s just poor build quality from tru homes. The door frame was as square as a triangle. So we couldn’t open the back door when the weather was warm. House was 2 years old. Siding was falling down. Foundation was cracked. HVAC hummed like a freight train. HVAC didn’t work properly on move in. They give you the world’s smallest refrigerator. You can see every Sheetrock seem in that house."

"Weird! Lier’s and underhanded! Steals application fees keep listing the same house, collecting application fees on it and then tell you it’s rented and then go back and relist it again don’t trust them. They also tell you all the application fee is refundable or will move you to another available place if that one’s taken once you apply. They are scamming"

"My wife was transferred to Hickory from Pa for work . We came down to check out the areas. We decided to look around Statesville area. Found the Georgetown Place development in Statesville. We met with Sandra , looked at the houses and picked one. We applied and was told we should hear in about a week. 2 days later we were told house is ours. We were about the 7 th family to move into this development. We love the house, was finished about 1 week before we moved. Sandra has been fantastic as well as anyone connected. Even the workers building the other houses are great. She is busy, so best way to contact is email. Moving from Central Pa to Statesville was scary, but it's best thing we have ever done."

"This company lacks Integrity. I attempted to contact them via phone on 7/10 to inquire about their home listed for $1,895 on 11129 Woodland Creek Way. I left a voicemail. Since I’ve previously toured this community I applied, linked my bank account for income verification, uploaded my ID, and more. On 7/11 I contacted them again and left a voicemail for Christina to call me back since I haven’t heard from anyone. Christina eventually called back and stated there was another application in front of mine but she doesnt know if it will be approved. I expressed frustration because why would a home with an application be listed as available on their website? I asked if she would refund my application fee if my application was not processed and she agreed. She told me she will contact me by end of day to update me on their application approval. Of course I didnt hear back. I emailed on 7/12 for an update. Christina responded saying they went ahead approved the other application and she will process my refund immediately. As of 7/13, 11129 Woodland Creek Way is still listed for rent on their website and Zillow. I feel lied to and possibly discriminated against since I am a minority. I will issue a complaint to the real estate commission because they are not right to lie to people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
