"The rooms were very nice it was the beds they were horrible they have a metal base in the Box Springs are made out of metal with a thin piece of mattress cover I don't know why they chose to do this it's most horrible bed you ever slept on I would not choose Red Roof Inn again because of the beds that was their bad choice and choosing a comfortable night sleep is get a cheap bed and cover it with a bed mattress that's no more than 3 inches thick the rooms were nice that you can have all the nice amenities what is the bed sucks it's not worth it"

"Management is non professional; rude. Kicked my friend out after 30 minutes because her ex showed up and caused a scene. No refund on deposit. Avoid this place like the plague"

"I made my reservation for 1 night online, paid for it, and arrived to be surprised by an additional charge of $100, for a deposit. I asked what it was for and the night clerk rudely said. "READ" and pointed to a sign on the counter. I wish I could attach a picture I took of the sign. It said things like a deposit wouldn't be returned if you " caused a disturbance" I asked her to cancel my reservation and she told me to call Red Roof (corporate) because I told her I had called to complain. I pinpointed her, and asked could she do it or is it she just won't do it? I stay at Red Roofs often and have never encountered this kind of rudeness or been blindsided at check in with an additional deposit."

"I had a room here for a week. We were told that we had to give a 100.00 dollar deposit at the front desk that we didn’t know about after booking online. We told the from clerk about our concerns then we were told by the manager if we don’t like it we can go somewhere else. We asked for extra towels they said they don’t have any. Customer service was awful. I will never stay here again."
