"Unfortunately, my overall review has been disappointing. Despite this, my new townhome is cute. My main issue is parking homes being built, but some people are not considering safety when parking. I have had a problem getting out my driveway due to continuous unsafe parking. No one can help because was told " not a leasing violation. " This is unfair because the complex is quick to give you a late rent payment 30 dat evacuation notice, but don't try to make your stay comfortable/safe when parking. It is sad that you pay high rent but can't drive and get in/ out your driveway safely ( fearing that you might hit another vehicle." This is sooooo disappointing!! So, have to rate a 1 because safe parking is major and this complex does not have."

"The transition to move in was fantastic. The Townhome itself is wonderful, I and my kids couldn’t be happier. The process to apply was easy and the property manager Kimberly as well as Nichole talked me through any questions I had. It was very nice to be able to text with them as well. 100% recommend!"
