But Months later they have a whole shootout because somebody was trying to break in one of the apartments at the bottom two people was shot Cost by home invasion. Thewaspaying my rent. Given me 10 day notice to get out."

"Pam is who I would want as a landlord she Actually takes care of stuff and I am SO sorry I did not take the offer to live there it's the ONLY place I could recommend for rental homes that rent is due to income I live in a sham appartment with some really bad violent annoying disrespecful neighbors and 1 washer and dryer the we have to share and the place had 3 major fires over the past 2 years and again I only recommend highlands way nicer place your own washer and dryer and a landlord (Pam) who actually really does something about stuff that goes on there!"

"I DID like living here, until the new site manager. However, they decided that my money order for rent got lost in the mail. So now I have to pay 2 months rent or get evicted? It’s not my fault it got lost. However, I will be speaking to corporate on this matter hopefully it gets resolved, if not I will not be living here much longer. I just think it’s funny that the site manager can send out people notes about unimportant things, but wen you leave a message for him to call you back ASAP.. no response? So now I’m going to have to reach above the site manager, because Chad OBVIOUSLY doesn’t know what he’s doing. And I will be moving ASAP, this place has gone WAY down in the past year."
