"I completely understand why this place has such a bad rating. I talked to Donna Davis several weeks ago and at first she was very rude. Then she found out I was legally blind and in a wheelchair , then she was very interested in me becoming a Tennant because of federal money. She told me that a program called the key program would move me to the top of the list for an apartment..she told me my home care nurse could do the paperwork that was needed for approval. She could not do such. Then it was the company that place home care nurse's with patients. That wasn't correct either. Then she said she would call her supervisor and ask exactly who I needed to fill out the paperwork. That was two weeks ago. We stopped by the office a week and a half ago to inquire about it and was told that the supervisor would be in touch with her within the next day or so. 12 days later here I am and not a word from her. She won't even answer the phone now. Caller ID is awesome. This place needs a new manager. I would not dare move in an apartment there now. Not a chance."

"Having lived at Pineridge Homes for quite a long time I can say that it is Very Well Managed, Well Maintained and a Comfortable Safe Environment. Besides which it is very convenient to the Shopping Centers and Restaurants."
