"It's a hotel. Clean, staff seems friendly. The breakfast is actually a pretty good selection. The only thing I would say could be better would be 1) the bathroom needs a vent fan and 2) they need better toilet paper."

"I have stayed on and off at this hotel for the past two years (months at a time). I have enjoyed my stay here every time. The staff is fantastic and always have gone above and beyond. Chantel is a staff member to appreciate. From the warm welcome, to checkout is always a pleasure. They do their best to keep everything up to date. They place decorations for the seasons. Breakfast is great for a hotel. Nothing special to write home but gets the job done. I wish I could name everyone on here. The welcomes back make it just a little nicer when being away from home for so long. If I have to stay in Rockingham I would stay here."

"I was very disappointed when I reported about the bed pillows in room 203 where very flat and discomfortable. I reported to the night shift receptionist on 10/28/23 around 8:20pm. She contacted the room and express I would have to come and obtains the pillows. When I reach the desk, I ask her why do the quest have too come down to obtain the pillows. Her response was I'm not allowed to come to your room. I never in my life experiences that type of customer services. Also at that facility it doesn't have a restroom near the lobby area for any paying quest to use. You will have to go to the your room for bathroom usages."

"We stayed here on a last second decision, it was late and we ordered food to be delivered and the front desk would not allow the door dasher to bring our food to our room. The price is higher than advertised on the site, the coffee is terrible and the free breakfast is a dry muffin. The TV is terrible and always pixelated and glitchy. Will definitely not be staying again."

"I had a bad experience at a Fairfield Inn as a child and swore I'd never stay at one again, but we decided to stop overnight during our road trip and the nearby Holiday Inn Express was booked. I reluctantly reserved a room at this Fairfield, even though the location along the road is ideal. Luckily, it was a great choice! It looked like it was recently remodeled. The staff we dealt with were all super nice. The rooms were clean. We didn't use it, but it looked like it had a cute pool area. Free breakfast. All in all, we were happy with the stay and would consider them again in the future."
