"We have been living there for 3 years bcuz it is closed to our daughter's house . We tried to change to another unit and we were on the waiting list and talked to the manager's office too many times and never can move to us. Alway give to us different unlogical answers. Every day, they rent new units of new people and never take us into consideration. They only change some lights and never give upgrades in our apt FOR NOTHING.Also, maintenance is worth .You need to wait days or week for your problem Cockroaches are out of control. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Also, there’s a problem with maintenance just walking into apartments with no email or warning of visit and of course, the price increases every year.3 years and never we can move to another unit even that we know they have empty-handed a lot. For this and more, I don't recommend this place for your choice live. There’s a lot of issues that need to be addressed at Bailes Ridge FASTTTTT"
"The experience these first couple months here has been great. The area itself is very convenient to pretty much anything you need. The complex has been doing some renovations which is great to see especially with all the new places popping up everywhere. It's been quiet and neighbors have seemed to be friendly. I haven't used many of the amenities yet but they definitely have some nice touches. The ladies in the office have been nice the couple times I've had to speak with them. Maintenance was very quick to address one issue I had when I first moved in. The property is definitely worth a look. The only one note I will make that's what I got a really great move in special I'll be curious to see what rent will be at the end of my lease. Unfortunately in the area the prices of apartments are considerably higher then where I came from. I'm hoping the greater competition with other places coming along will force prices down back to reality. Only plan to be here a year or two before purchasing a house again but still don't want to pay more than necessary."
"Edit: Seriously - don't move here. We join the list of apartments with an infestation of roaches. I was told that one of the upstairs apartments had a "horrific" problem. When both of the upstairs units were vacant (wonder why) the roaches came down to us. We had our apartment fogged and then management decided to fog the two vacant apartments. When I inquired as to whether they would be fogging our apartment again (as we know where the roaches will go when those apartments are uninhabitable); I was told I would need to pay 90$ for the service. As insult to injury I have been asking that my sink be repaired for a couple of months. The water pressure is so bad that I cannot run the disposal or run the tap on "hot". The ticket for my sink has been closed as "completed" three separate times after maintenance has agreed in conversation that they know the issue is not resolved. Original (abridged): Upon move in 17 months ago our apartment was not ready for move-in and took +18months to fix. The AC has been and continues to be a problem: It breaks every few months including the heat not working in 30 degree weather. Last I spoke to maintenance there is no actual plan to repair "wear and tear" to the apartment that was not caused by us. The pool never re-opened. Our "year round" pool was open ~4wks for the entire summer. Calls to the office remain useless and their hours are still trash. Other Amenities are not well maintained and continue to be unusable for one reason or another."
"To be paying this amount of money to live here, as residents we expect all amenities to be working. Instead, most of the amenities here are down and not usable. We pay $3 a month for pest control, and there is no pest control. My roommate and I have lived here for 2 years and our apartment has probably been sprayed twice if that. Cockroaches are out of control. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Also, there’s a problem with maintenance just walking into apartments with no email or warning of visit. I literally had to run to my room and throw on clothes because someone was putting a key in my door and trying to open it. Listen if someone walks inside my place of residence without no email or notice of them coming and especially if i am not dressed properly, I won’t hesitate in getting authorities involved. To be a loyal tenant here, I don’t even feel secure in walking around my own apartment without worrying about someone entering unannounced. There’s a lot of issues that need to be addressed at Bailes Ridge and they need to be addressed fast."
"I have lived here three years. The neighborhood is nice but the only problem I have is with maintenance issues. I put 7 work orders on my fridge and I would think that after being a loyal tenant I would just get a new one but that's not the case. Now I've been waiting 4 days for my washer to be repaired. It's really becoming an issue"
