"Was given an apartment that was smoked in previously. Immediately notified management of the issue especially as we have 2 small children. We had to ask them several times to come take a look. They tried ozonator and odor defuser, we notified them it still smelled. They ignored our repeated requests for it to be fixed and it ruined all of our soft furniture. We moved out as soon as possible. After moving out they notified us that they needed 60 days notice and charged another month of rent even when we were clear we were only staying through the end of the short term lease. I told them I would like resolution for my extra expenses regarding smoky apartment (furniture and disposal of old furniture). I reached out to the property manager who gave no response. Tried emailing, calling, and stopping in several times and was completely ignored. I am now being told I will owe late fees, but I can’t get a call back from the property manager. I am trying to be a reasonable person and find some resolution and I am being left completely in the dark. I went to turn in keys and they had let maintenance into my apartment with no notice and left the door unlocked. Overall experience couldn’t be worse. Terrible management, loud and nasty neighbors, packages are stolen. The location is the only thing going for this place. Please read mine and all the other 1 star reviews and stay away."
"Terrible place to live, I feel like management went from bad to worst. Everyone in the office is rude and doesn’t care about issues you have. We’re paying 2,000 and had so many problems from day 1, when expressing concern they disregarded our frustration and told the other person in the office that we were nagging come to find out the concerns were known issues and had maintenance request in prior to us moving in so clearly they should had had it completed before giving us the keys or pushed the date back if they couldn’t get their stuff together. Mold was covered all over the washer. Cockroaches like the huge ones even though they spray every week and yes we make an apt for them to come in - we pay for it but they won’t spray unless you request.. My dogs have had issues with fleas since moving in when speaking with Rochelle she looked at us dumb founded and said yes it’s summer time dogs have fleas that’s why you need to get them on flea support. Which we have but every time we walk them out it’s bad. We came from an apartment and didn’t have that issue. They need to improve their pest control. My dog also got an ear infection after playing in the dog park from the growing bacteria and not keep up with it. They promote their dog washing station on the website but it’s just a hose and a drain board behind the storage units. They raised all their residents rent and then decreased rent for new residents. We keep having issues with the portal even during moving in we had to do paper check and wait until it was fixed and then got an attitude and said no one else has issues. I’m sure someone will comment and say to stop at the office to discuss the issues but we have many time many many times and now the new manger hides in his office and tells the other two people in the office to tell us he’s busy..DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX !!"
"I have been here for over a year and have truly enjoyed it here! The staff and community have been very pleasant, friendly, and helpful! We are very appreciative of Alex and the maintenance staff, as they are super responsive, professional and have fixed any issues in a timely manner! The kids and I have loved the pool, gym, and club house pool table, as well. The areas are always clean and not crowded. We have met some lovely people here!"
"It has been almost a year for us here and we’ve decided it is the best experience in apartments we’ve ever had. The community is wonderful, I love the pool and club house, the staff is really helpful if you have questions or concerns, and our favorite part is maintenance. They rock at their job and are always quick to visit. I wish rent wasn’t going up, but it’s definitely still one of the nicest and cheapest places in the area. I’ve also noticed that tenants with pets have been a little more attentive to picking up after their pets recently, which was a big issue when we first moved in. Thanks neighbors!"
