"I am just curious if this Property Management company makes it a point to keep young peoples money on purpose. My friends brother spoke with and was approved for a property with this company, paid a deposit but never signed a lease. Due to his job not transferring him he had to cancel the move but Dwight Ryals informed him that he would not be getting his money back for UP to 60 days. I am just curious if that is the norm? I could understand it if this young man had moved in already and they were having to assess for damages. Now he is out his $600 until they "decide" to give it to him.I really feel bad for this young man who is trying really hard in is life and someone does this to him. Very distasteful."

"I wish more property management companies were like All Pro Property Management. From day 1 of talking on the phone looking for a place to live, up until today when I did my move out walk through, I cannot conjure up one negative thing to say. For 3 years, they held up their end of the lease agreement (and I mine), when things broke (because that is what happens from time to time) they were on it immediately to fix it. Here are a few examples: My a/c window unit died in the middle of the summer and I had a brand new one with-in hours ready to install; In older apartments, especially the ground floor units, plumbing can become an issue. All pro came over with in 30 minutes of the ONE plumbing mishap we had (in 3 years) and they worked to resolve the issue with out leaving us in a bind of any kind i.e. showering, water usage, etc. When I had my own quirky mishaps, they were there to help get things resolved. When you see them around town, like at Jazz night at Innovation, they are great people to converse with and you forget they are your property managers and you remember that they too are real people that enjoy good company, just like everyone else. They are good, hardworking, honest, and most importantly understanding people and I can honestly say I am forever grateful that All Pro gave me the opportunity to build a solid financial foundation during AND after college by offering AFFORDABLE HOUSING. Which is something that is scarce in todays real estate of any kind. I have and will always view them as property managers but now I also view them as friends whom I will miss very dearly.
