"Very disappointed in Erik Enberg. Rented a cabin through his company for about half a year and made all my payments on time and made sure the place was in the same condition when I left. Didn’t think there would be a problem until I received my disposition letter from Erik stating that my 1,300 security deposit was being absorbed on a pet fee. I had bought a dog thinking I could just pay a 200 dollar fee but apparently you can’t have boxers at Erik’s “well kept” properties (the cabin had mismatched floors, sagging in the floors presumably from water damage, stains on the walls, and squares of drywall were cut out in both bathrooms behind the showers and drilled back in I assume to access the plumbing but done very sloppy. All this before I moved in obviously). An additional 303.14 was charged to my account for “smoke damage to the porch, filthy!” and “dog chewed window sill”. Which is absurd. My dog did scratch the door frames and I spent my own time and money sanding and buffing it out until it was no longer visible. Additionally, Erik went out of his way to talk bad on my name to another landlord which made one of my applications get denied. I did easily find a spot as I have good credit score and a good name as I treat people with kindness and respect unless they treat me otherwise. Legally, Erik is in the right. I won’t even argue that because the pet fee was stated in the contract and I’m not going to waste my time fighting over 303.14. This is a moral dilemma and Erik’s actions show disregard to the consumer experience and a lack of trust and honesty. I looked up to Erik as a mentor of sorts as a 20 year old entrepreneur looking to get involved in legitimate business. I spent hours of conversation with Erik on business topics and thought we had a mutual level of respect. I was wrong. Erik is two faced and I have lost all respect for this man. I personally recommend not giving this man your business. (Note: this review is solely based on my experience with Erik Enberg, the owner of WC Rentals. His staff have always been very polite and professional with me and I am grateful for their kindness)"

"Excellent! They were there when I needed them, on short notice and found a safe, appropriate location quickly. One month after moving in, I saw a unit I preferred but knew would take time to access. I was placed on wait list and they referred me to a home in the same area, when it became available! There is on site maintenance which is very safe and reliable with competent workmanship, if needed. The area is kept up well and is very clean. I cannot begin to express my thanks and highly recommend them to anyone seeking housing in the area. They have been wonderful to work with."
