The Groves at Town Center

"After exploring a number of apartment complexes in the Arden/Fletcher area, I kept returning to the Groves at Town Center due to comparable pricing, location, amenities, and the excellent staff, including Kent, Kayla, and Jennifer. My experience to date has very positive and I would recommend Groves to any future resident."

"We needed to be closer to family and found the "Groves At Town Center". It could not have worked out better for us. We are within walking distance to our daughter and have a beautiful park at our doorstep. We enjoy both the pool and the gym. There is also a nice barbeque area adjacent to the pool. We are very happy here. It is well managed and maintained with a friendly staff. All concerns of ours are handled promptly and efficiently. "This is a good place live. The landscape is well kept. The maintenance crew (Brad) is friendly and very capable. Kent and the rest of the office staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are well kept. Over all it is a quiet setting right next to a beautiful park. We are very happy here. P.S. They have valet trash pickup, a beautiful saltwater pool, and a gym that has a variety of equipment to keep you healthy."

"Lived here for three years as a very low maintenance tenant. We were not told we would be moving into a handicap accessible apartment. It wasn't the same layout as the one we toured. Still, we didn't cause a fuss and ended up moving forward with our lease. Rent would go up considerably every year, but because the max they can go up is 10%, it was still cheaper than starting a new lease elsewhere so we chose to stay. There is never any parking and people just make their own parking spaces, even sometimes blocking you in. Management is constantly changing. Moving out was not a fun process. We were charged for damages to the apartment that included replacing carpet. Changing out cheap carpet for a new tenant when the past tenant lived there for three years with a pet (and paid a pricey pet deposit and pet rent every month) seems like a no-brainer to me?"

"Great complex! Gated, pet-friendly, spacious rooms, laundry room, balconies, the kids are obsessed with the pool, I could go on and on! Maintenance is always very quick to respond to any problems (even after hours). Great sidewalks in the complex to walk your dog. Sidewalks go out of complex and connect to fletcher park. Highly recommend!"
