"Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered was very good. Love when they have the waffle makers!! Would highly recommend they move the microwave in the rooms from inside the cabinet next to the mini fridge and place it on top of that cabinet. And add a second luggage cabinet w/drawers beside the mini fridge cabinet. Then with the microwave and coffee station on the mini fridge area, there would be space for a second person's luggage to set, giving easy access to it for the guest. And more drawer space if guests are staying longer than we did. (I was told by staff that they don't have the microwave on the top of cabinet because corporate said it made the area too cluttered.)"

"Tucked off further away from the road than some of the other places. Hotels Southwest clean in service was friendly. Who was New Year's Eve so I expected it to be a little busier but honestly it was pretty quiet. Definitely serve its purpose."

"I stay pretty much only at Marriott properties, use self check in/out and book via the app. When checking in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay. I selected no. We got in unloaded in to our room and headed to dinner with family. Came back to the hotel and emptied pockets (including loose cash) on to the dresser and went to sleep. Next day morning (Thanksgiving) headed to families for dinner, leaving items (including cash) on the dresser. When we returned that evening and found our room had been cleaned by housekeeping- and the cash left on the dresser was gone. It was not left as a tip, we do that at check out AND we requested no housekeeping service during the stay. All of this, not a major deal, housekeeping was likely not told and mistook the cash for a tip. I called the front desk once this was discovered and asked them to not have housekeeping in the room over the remainder of the stay (2 more days). The attendant was not/did not assure that could happen so I asked to speak the the manager on duty and was told there was not one. the front desk attendant called the manager and then rang my room asking for my cell phone number so the manager could call me the next morning. When speaking to the attendant I did not ask for my money back (though it should have been offered), I just wanted to speak to a manager about the process so I could be assured my privacy would not again be violated. No call. When I stopped at the front desk, was told manager was out. I checked out never hearing from the manager or any other staff and my money still being taken. Hotel was nice, clean, easy to access, price was great- I’ll never stay there again! My privacy was violated and money stolen (maybe inadvertently)by the housekeeper. I get leaving cash is a way to tip- but at the end of a stay- not after one night after service was requested NOT to be done. Other than that, I can’t say I was treated poorly, I wasn’t treated at all- I was ignored and that is unacceptable."

"We reserved our room calling rhe hotel. Jennifer was extremely helpful and we received a very good rate. Upon arrival we had a question about the room and someone actually went to the room to verify. The room was very nice. Our booklights didn't operate and the staff attempted to fix but couldn't. Breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay. The location is odd. Thank goodness for GPS"

"With the hotel a little off the beaten path, we enjoyed the quietness & the safe feeling around the hotel. I'm sure the facility is relatively new & we found everything in good order, clean & comfortable. Every employee we encountered offered a greeting with a smile; Dorothy at the front desk was especially welcoming & helpful. We much appreciated the daily housekeeping during our 3-nite stay as it seems that is a norm that has fallen by the wayside in many hotels on this level. While we did not partake of the fitness facility or the pool, we did enjoy the breakfast one morning. We were a bit surprised at all of the offerings & how good it was. While this was our first Fairfield Inn stay, we will happily stay at this location again on future visits to the area. I'd like to add that we spent 3 nites here on Labor Day weekend & it was pretty busy, but it was still very quiet. We never noticed any noise from the hallway or any adjacent rooms."
