"We had a good stay at this place. We was a bit skeptical at first because of the bad reviews but also read some good ones as well so we decided to just go ahead and try it out as we was just looking for an okay affordable place to stay the nights we was in the area. I'm glad the we did go ahead and reserve it because it was not a bad place to stay. The front counter was nice, we had no issues with our stay there, food places are not that far away. Our overall experience was good. Thank you for your service."

"I booked a room online for a little getaway with my little boys before school started. The location looked great, and the pool looked fun. As a single mom, the plan was to save as much money as possible and stay by the pool that whole weekend. My boys love to swim, and they were excited. When we get there, my son sees a sign that says "pool closed", and both boys and I were disappointed. The clerk calls his manager Francisco, and they say I can have a refund. Well, I go to book a different room at a different location, and my card was declined. When I check my bank, its because not only was I charged $220.82 for the room, $25 for a deposit, BUT ALSO another $140. Not sure what the $140 was for. The clerk calls his manager up there, and the $140 is IMMEDIATELY back in my account. The manager tells me it could be as quick as the next day to 3-4 business days for the other refund to go back into my account. That's fair, that's what I expected. The next morning I check my account, and the $25 deposit was refunded, but the $220.82 was now posted to my account. I go back by there and voice my concern. Normally a transaction will say pending until the cancellation or refund, not posted to my account. The manager assures me that I will receive my refund. It has been 2 weeks now, with no refund. The manager Francisco was answering my emails and calls at first, but after I let them know that my bank saw no authorization for a refund, he is never there when I call and has not returned any emails. $220 might not be a lot to some people, but it is to me. Had they had the correct information online when I booked, letting the consumers know that the pool was closed for the foreseeable future, I would've booked somewhere else and would've avoided this whole headache. They have been super unprofessional, and I will never even think of staying there again."
"Rates are great. The first room smelled terribly of smoke and there were folks outside in chairs playing super loud music and drinking....to eaches own. When I asked to be moved it was done swiftly and without issue. I appreciated this accommodating service. The next room was perfect and quiet."
