"The Haven at Knob Creek is a great place to live. Our apartment has amazing views of the mountains, and the pool and grounds are kept clean and manicured. The office staff and maintenance crew are always super friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the organized events like the food trucks and their "homemade" Holiday To-Go Dinners!"

"My husband and I moved here about a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. The girls in the office were wonderful guiding us through the process. We started in a one bedroom and after six months we decided to go for a two bedroom to accommodate guests. The office staff was once more very helpful in making that happen. They even recommended someone to help us move from one apartment to the other as we both have bad backs. What a lifesaver that was! The facility is maintained very well and the landscaping is impeccable. The location can’t be beat as it’s within 5 to 10 minutes of everything you could ever need including medical care. The pool is wonderful and the gym while a little small has what you need. I highly recommend The Haven and have no plans to leave anytime soon."

"My experience while at the Haven at Knob Creek was exceptional. Chelsea went above and beyond by taking the time to answer all our questions and concerns as a future resident. The grounds are extremely well maintained. The amenities are plentiful. I spoke with two long time residents ( 8 yrs ) who echoed how great the experience has been for them. My family and I are very excited to be part of the community. If you want a great place to call home then this is it. Go Vols !!!!"

"The Haven is truly a peaceful and wonderful place to live. I've lived here 12 years, and couldn't be more satisfied. I enjoy plenty of room, closet space, and high ceilings. The area outside is clean and beautiful, as it has been well taken of constantly. I consider this my home and quite happy here. The ladies in the office are superb and accommodating to all my needs in the appartment. They have gone the extra mile to assist with any problem that may arise. If maintenence is required it is done promply and professionally. I have nothing but respect for the management here at the Haven. Everything is well orchestrated!"

"I have lived at The Haven for almost 5 years and I love it! I have great neighbors that help each other when needed and we enjoy this community. The pool is phenomenal and the grounds too with lots of walking areas. If we have any maintenance issues, they are addressed extremely fast and all employees are so kind. The ladies in the office are helpful and keep our community enjoyable. We are conveniently located to Johnson City and great schools not to mention all the medical and shopping. I would recommend joining this community!"
