"We had been looking for a place for 4 years. We found it. The staffing was excellent from the first call. Harriet made the long distance transition so easy. The other staff were outstanding and very knowledgeable as well. We had checked out other "luxury apartments" in the area. NONE had elevators (except Mountain Creek), some had trash pick up, some not, (Mountain Creek does). The apartments are new, the floor plans are well thought out. The use of natural light was great. Upgraded/included appliances including washer/dryer. -Location, location, location. Mountain Creek does not have the most spectacular views of the apartments around Waynesville. HOWEVER Mountain Creek's views are sweet, a bit more urban, the ADVANTAGE is these apartments are a walk-able distance (6 min walk)to the green way, the dog park and about 15 min to downtown. Food Lion, Publix, and Ingles for groceries. 15 min to hospital, 45 ish to Asheville, 20-30-ish min to Maggie Valley. --All the stuff is great. For me the staff is what sealed the deal. "From the first day that we contacted the property, the office staff, (Harriet, Robbie and Casey), were fantastic. This is a major move for us (like 5 hours away), and Harriet has guided us through this extremely stressful time period. She is always promptly responsive with our many questions and uncertainties. We visited the property; the website does not do it justice. The apartments are beautiful, well appointed, upgraded appliances, tons of light. They have elevators which is a big bonus for us. The walkways are completely enclosed with inside access door to the available garages. It has everything that we had hoped it would have. We can't wait until our move in date!"

"I love living here at Mt Creek, the one bedroom apt is designed with alot of thought, there is plenty of room for all my furniture and other items. The light from the balcony and all windows make it so bright and it feels like home. Robbie (manager) was so wonderful and helpful through the process to becoming a resident. she made me feel like I am apart of the Mt Creek Apt family.Casey and Hariette (leasing) were and are so delightful to work with and they always answered my questions. Again I love it here and am proud to call Mt Creek my home."
