And they're also two different accounts with the same name and the same exact review??? Come on, guys. Update: they deleted one of their reviews after seeing mine"

"Never in my life have I had to deal with a more poorly run business. My husband and I applied for and signed a lease on a three bedroom apartment beginning August 2018. With less than a week left in July we were informed that the family living in the apartment who had already told management they were moving out suddenly changed their minds. Instead of evicting these people or in any way attempting to accommodate us otherwise we were told, "Oh well. Nothing we can do!" and therefore left with nowhere to live. The manager was extremely unreliable in returning our calls and kept rudely questioning why a two bedroom wouldn't suffice (my husband has a young son and I am pregnant with our first, not that there would be any acceptable reason for such a condescending tone.) We requested our $70 application fee back and here we are nearly a full month later without it. Despite being reminded and shown the receipt from JUNE she somehow "can't find" that information. To avoid an absolutely horrible experience at the hands of this incompetent company I recommend moving anywhere else."

"I lived here for 18 months. The apartment was in perfect condition and impeccably clean when we moved in. The few small maintenance requests we had were handled promptly. The grounds are kept clean. We loved living here and only moved because we needed more space. When we did move out, Nina was very helpful and went above and beyond in providing instructions for putting in our notice and closing out our tenancy with them. Great quiet, small, clean community in a fantastic Weaverville location close to everything."
