"The apartment is very comfortable, smells amazing and has everything you need (in-site laundry room, dishwasher, central A.C., spacious kitchen w/ isle, balcony or yard, awesome mountain views, and much more!). The management company is great. Alysha has been beyond fantastic!!! She helped us a lot, answered all our questions before moving-in, explained to us everything related to the community and she excels at making sure every detail was taken care of. The process went smoothly and super fast. We toured the whole community (and different units) on Friday, and the next Monday everything was ready. We moved on Tuesday. The building is new and well kept. Amenities are fabulous: beautiful pool area, nice spotless gym, many BBQ areas, coworking spaces and conference room, coffee bar, electric car charging stations. Everything is exceptionally clean and works well all the time. Definitely a wonderful place to live. Highly recommended!"
