"It was really a nice hotel but didn’t have vending machines and the parking garage is really tight . Our room was pretty dark but had great high ceilings . It was very clean . I took a really nice bath ."

"My husband stayed here for work. The front desk staff was rude! When he stays for work, he simply needs a weekly bill showing a $0 balance. The easiest way to do that is to check him out, print the bill and then check him back in for the next week. He was staying there for 1-2 months. The front desk could not figure out how to do it. When the manager was there, he tried again but was told this is how they have to do it. Most places don't charge your card until you check out, not here. As soon as you check in, your card is charged. This place needs better training on how to interact with customers and how to print out bills for people staying for work."

"My king room was clean, the breakfast was nice, parking is free, and the location of the place is great! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor close to the ice maker and amenities. I kept on hearing sounds all night and i couldn’t get a good sleep. Being a Gold member, i expect at-least a room away from noise!"

"I had made a 2 day reservation at this location and was delayed, missed y first day, expecting to still have the second, but did not. They cancelled my second day leaving me with no where to go. They did offer a room at double the original rate which I refused, because I did not have 329 plus tax. I asked when was checkout and she said was 12 noon. It was just 10:30 so I asked to get the room I paid for to freshen up, take a shower - again the room I paid for and she refused. I had been up for The desk person was polite, however the manager was rude and unconforming. Offered no solution.."
