"Stopped by yesterday, only to find that Dwayne and the rest of the original team were gone. The guy there was very vague. I had bought 2 e-bikes less than a year ago and wanted to schedule my one year service. He told me that it would take between one hour and two weeks. I also needed a new helmet. He informed me that there were absolutely no discounts unless I bought a new bike, and then it was only 10%. Found the same helmet on Amazon $25 less than he was asking. Probably won’t be back to Norris’s Bicycles again"
