"I am an avid Tesla supporter and I LOVE their product. It’s awesome. There isn’t anything like driving an EV. Until you try it you just don’t know!! We decided to get Winter Tires on our Model S and we made an appointment. If you follow Tesla closely like I do you are well aware of Service horror stories!!! This was our 1st service appointment. The whole mounting 4 tires took 5 days. There was a LOT of story in the middle but ultimately there was a conflict and the Service Advisor and Service Manager treated me deplorably! (Concerned over damage to my vehicle.) That said, when I finally shoved my issue through to the ‘Regional’ (that’s a guess) Manager, he was what I would expect from a service center and of customer service! Depending on how this issue resolves I will update my review a star, but I can’t do anymore than 3 as things never should have gone the way they did in the first place regarding; length of time for the work, knowledge of product, respectful communication with the customer, and amount of time I’ve needed to invest to get an appropriate response to my issue. In the highly unlikely case that it turns out the damage existed to my vehicle before the repairs (apparently they have video footage of their shop which is smart imo,) my concern still should have been treated with diligence and respect immediately. Not only after I’ve had to climb the organizational ladder!"
"Well what do you know, Tesla has a cool demo experience. The demo room bundled with service area is snuck between 2 large buildings. I would also advise using google for driving directions. Apple Maps will take you to the older location, not far from the current one but mot the location you want. Tesla representatives were very knowledgeable and open about the vehicle. Demos are arranged through the app. A somewhat annoying to me was the insistence of Tesla calling you to confirm the appointment but you could look at it from a different point of view positively too. A not so fulfilling experience of Tesla was trying to get further details of the deal. I got text messages from Tesla in mount kisko and when I asked for more info got sort of nada. These folks piped up again a bit later but when I sent them the screenshot of the unanswered questions sent earlier, I was told that they could view the screenshot. And for me that was that. The professionalism of the demo team got them the 4 stars."
"Thanks to your service technicians for fixing a flat tire on my Model Y. I thought I needed a new tire, and so glad you recommended patching which saved me a ton of $. Now all my tires will wear evenly. Plus I really appreciate you doing this without an appointment. Another great experience at this service location!"
"Friendly staff. In the end, it is a repair shop. Clean new facility. Free coffee, water and WiFi. No air conditioning!!! The AC is not available."
"Been to this location 5 times and it’s terrible service every time. Service advisors lie to your face and say they will write out a report and not complete it then later lie about it. Scratched my rim when swapping tires and argued with the advisor when receiving the vehicle after service, and called out and justified the scratch on a 60k vehicle. Lied to me about it the next week via email. Parts take two weeks sometimes just to receive. Mobile service tech also “didn’t feel like” rotating my tires on a visit. Lazy and dishonest people to work with. Took away the Uber credits or car loaner service for someone who has to drive a hour away for service. Awful experience won’t call you back or respond back to an email. Looks like the same bad reviews. Heard there was a floating manager who managed this location no wonder it’s so terrible. Staff turnover looks present since the place probably sucks to work for. Received a loaner vehicle when they did offer the service that wouldn’t even charge my phone. Completely disorganized. Went in for a scheduled appointment one day and got a call later the staff person left and couldn’t complete the work 5 hours later??!!! How is this place still even running."
