"My car broke down right in front of their shop. I pulled in, and they immediately helped me and got me back on the road, so I could get home safely. The staff was so kind and helpful, friendly and understanding. I will be returning to this shop to have some maintenance work done on my car, they really impressed me! They seem to truly care about people and their cars!"

"I called them for service, the road service guy didn’t know a damn thing. He wasn’t able to tell me the issue neither he fixed the problem. He said the truck needs to be towed, which he requested thief tow truck. After towing my truck to a shop that they deal and total rip-off. He charged me $1300 for less than 20 miles and damaged my kingpin and front fender."

"If you're a local, this company may work for you but if you don't live near by please consider another tow truck company. They seem like nice people but will take jobs knowing they are short staffed. I ended up waiting at the Canadian/American boarder for 7-8 hours for my car. They repeatedly told me it was on its way when it was not. Very unhappy with their lack of empathy and customer service. Hope we never cross paths again."

"Friendly and helpful! We called the day before to ask about getting a battery replaced, and they ordered it for us (no deposit required). We arrived earlier than the scheduled time the next day, and they quickly accomodated us. It turns out the issue with our car was not actually that the battery needed replacing, so even after removing the older battery, the service tech put it back in and didn't charge us for the battery (which had been ordered specifically for us), only the labor. We were very impressed with the graciousness!"
