"Came here many times. Mike fixed a lot for me, but my last experience was terrible. Explained I had a noise could be the pulley or tensioner. Mike changes them out gets me my truck back still making the noise as before . Took the truck which is a 2012 Chevy 2500 he says your alternator is bad . Changes alternator . I get the truck back and still had the chirping noise. So now $600 dollars for nothing !!! So Mike says bring it back I'll fix it for free . He had my truck from a Monday to Friday after 3 times returning it. I finally just go and get it back to take to another mechanic because it's still chirping . terrible experience .now I'm out $600 and still need help fixing my truck."

"My son and I were traveling from our home in the Utica/Rome area to visit my brother-in-law and his family in the Buffalo area. As we were driving down the NYS thruway something flew off the underneath of my car. We immediately got off the thruway at exit 48A. My wife came and picked us up and we spent the next day (Saturday) searching for an auto repair shop nearby. The only place we could find open was Village Auto. I explained my situation and they immediately looked at my car and fixed it right away. They treated us like family even though we were total strangers.
