"Mike was very helpful after my son's unfortunate accident. The authorities directed the tow truck driver to bring the vehicle to their facility, not asking my son where he wanted it to go. This happened previously with my daughter (different tow company) and it's very frustrating because we have to then pay for 2 tows to get the vehicle where we wanted it to be. Not everyone has tow coverage included in insurance, especially young people with older cars trying to save money. Mike was willing to bring it to my house for us. I also highly recommend him as his prices are far better than the other tow company (the one authorities called for my daughter). Very impressed with Mike's professionalism and compassion."
