"They could not be bothered to repair a tire for me even tho I had purchased tires in the past from them and had intended to buy the next set there. The lady told me that she could only sell new tires and couldn't be bothered with a repair. Well they lost anymore potential sales to me or my family. This all transpired in 3 or 4 weeks and she kept putting me off."

"Went to Pat's to inquire about getting a balance job on my motorhome. They said, yes, they could do it, that it would take about an hour and a half or so, and to bring it in tomorrow around mid-morning. I was clear that we were passing through and lived in the coach and that I could bring it in any time they say within the next week or so, but could not leave it overnight. So when I arrived at the time I had been told, the guy says he can't work on it. He's short-staffed, employees were absent for personal reasons, didn't have time to balance my tires. I offered to spend the day waiting as long as he would get it done sometime before closing. No. He "couldn't predict the future." Couldn't say when employees might be absent. "Bring it back tomorrow." Which is to say, in my case, take the motorhome back to the RV park, set it up for the night, then take it down again in the morning and bring it back in the hopes my people show up and I might work on your rig. I read the comments about Pat's good service. That's one of the reasons I (tried to) go there. That wasn't my experience. Good service makes an effort to accommodate customers when you know their needs and have scheduled the work. Other than "come back tomorrow", there was no effort. As if."
