"I called them on a Monday to get a price and the answer machine said that they closed at 4 and would be open Tuesday . So I called Tuesday for a car and once again they were closed. I don't think I'll be calling them anytime soon."

"Unacceptable, called 5 days ahead to book a taxi. I was told that it was too soon and to call the day before to confirm. However, he reassured me and my family of 5 that we would have a car for the day to go Syracuse and get our train. We proceeded to call the day before and confirmed everything was set for the taxi as we needed to make this train in order to continue our trip. 4am the day of the trip. Calls and says he cannot do the trip. Leaving us stranded in Oswego with no means of getting to Syracuse. Taxi services in Oswego at this point do not have available drivers and no one available for Uber. Finally, an hour before our trip we finally get someone who can take us and charges us double due to it being short notice and they arrive late as well. Causing us to miss the train. Leaving us now stranded in Syracuse terminal without any way of getting home. Not dependable and unacceptable. DO NOT use this service."
