"Worst experience ever! I had my car towed there 04/21/2023 for a safety recall. They told me I needed rotors that they never replaced before it was brought to the dealership. When I brought my car in to switch out my tires for this winter 2024, I was told by my regular mechanic that I needed new rotors. I brought in my receipt from Oswego Auto and Tire from April and they took pictures of my rotors that Oswego auto and tire said were replaced. They were still the original rotors on my 2014 Nissan. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. What a ripe off!"

They did an alignment after putting new tires on and now the car driver better than it ever has.
