"The worse experience and store ever. Let’s start by little kids run it that have no clue about anything. Today I went in to pick up my order then exchange .Let’s fast forward the worse part I got home just to find out the security tag is still on the hoodie I ordered online for pick up! ENOUGH SAID. That means they check nothing they just need to clean the house and get rid of each person that worked that shift today from 7:40-8:20 I was there. The second worse thing is I was exchanging a gift that my son received and they stated it was in stock asked for store credit and guess what THEY REFUNDED THE PERSON THAT GAVE ME A GIFT. This is clearly poor on management for not teaching these KIDS how to do their job. Shame on you now I lost a hoodie and have to feel awkward to tell a person that got my son a gift they will be refunded for a hoodie they bought. Shame on you horrible staff I say close the store fire them all and reopen with proper training and staff. JUST HORRIBLE!"

"1 Star, if I cold rate it 0 I would! Worst service I've ever had! The store manager was giving me looks the entire time I was in there and he seemed like a nosey know-it-all. Clothing was way too overpriced and ugly for my liking but that's just my liking and this is my opinion so 1 star!"
