"I bought a pair of slip on shoes Sunday.Tried them on and all was great. Wore them all day Monday and after an hour or so the right shoe loosened up to the point it was actually slipping off my foot. Went back on Tuesday morning.Two women workin there.I explained the situation to them….went in one ear and out the other. One of them said something like wear heavy socks . The other said there’s no exchange or return because I wore them. And said …That’s it ? No response. On the way out one of them sarcastically said…Have a nice day. SO….I’m stuck with a 70.00 pair of shoes which were defective. Unreal customer service…..there was no bargaining,half way point,anything !"
"I don't often give bad reviews but this place I will be taking my business somewhere else. Not only do they have a limited selection but they were even more limited on different sizes. The " helper" not only was unhelpful but seemed as if I was bothering her. I will not be going back but the shoes that I did like, I found online at a much cheaper price. So it wasn't a total waste of my time."
