"Boy...I'm really torn in two directions on this one! On the one hand, I want everyone to know about Randy, on the other, I'd like to keep his business to myself (as a "secret"). Because it's a small shop, I really don't want a flood of people to get their work done here and spoil this fantastic shop for me ;) This owner is honest, industrious, and fanatically focused on doing right by the customer.
