"Even short staffed they are doing a great job! A young woman named Kaitlyn particularly stands out! She was professional and friendly and very efficient! No problems with my order. Very clean! Highly recommended!"
"Went today, have had issues with this McDonald's in the past. The girl at the window handing food didn't smile, didn't speak at all. Another girl came and gave me the wrong order then walked off as I was trying to speak to her to let her know. She took the food back and put it back to be rehanded to another customer (!!!!!) and then had to ask what my order was, despite being the person at the window taking orders. One of my burgers looked like someone tore it to shreds and then put it in a paper. Not sure what's going on here, but this was a very strange interaction."
"Food was Ok; typical McDonald's menu. But the service was pretty bad. The place was very busy, and they were rather crowded. The woman who took my order was fine, but that's where the fun began. The woman who was serving the food was moving at lightning speed, balancing several orders at once. You would think that would be a good thing, but it added a sense of confusion to everything she did -- she was putting out numerous orders at a rapid pace, calling out names and items in a manner that made everything seem rushed and confused. As soon as I arrived at the station where the orders were being given out, she put out a small coke and mumbled the names of the several items she was presenting. As I had ordered a small Coke, I assumed the one she put out was mine, but I had no confirmation of this. She then proceeded to.put out several more orders, calling them out in rapid succession, but mine was not called. As I stood there, I could see that the ice was melting rapidly in the Coke I assumed was mine. But it took several more minutes for my order to be put out. Finally she called out my order, and put a bag on the Counter next to the Coke that was now totally without ice, as it had all melted and you could even see that the Coke was watered down. Never mind that I ordered my lunch "to stay"; it was in a paper bag and not on a tray. When I got her attention, I looked at her and looked at the Coke and I said, "That Coke has been sitting there for at least ten minutes. I'd like a fresh one, please, with new ice in it." She ignored me, although I was sure she'd heard me. After several more minutes of her putting out orders (I'd guess at least five) she looked at me and said, "This is your Coke", pointing to the watered-down and now probably probably very warm Soda. So I said again, rather loudly, "That Coke has been sitting there a long time. I'd like a fresh one please; all the ice has melted." She looked at me in a way that seemed to acknowledge my request, but it took several more minutes before she handed me a fresh soda. So I said, "Thank you. May I have some Black Pepper?" She kind of gave me a nasty look, but she did go get the Pepper rather quickly, although she just dumped the Pepper into the bag, without a word. I had expected some kind of mild apology like, "Thanks for your patience" but she said nothing. In her defense, she was very busy, but I didn't think a word of apology would have been too much to ask. Of course, my sandwich was completely cold by the time I unwrapped it, but I was sure that if I went back and asked for a replacement, my now-cold Coke would have lost its ice by the time I got it. So I simply ate my cold Sandwich and was glad at least I had a cold Coke and decided on the spot to avoid this particular McDonald's going forward. At the prices McDonald's charges, I decided long ago that I should skip fast food and go to a Diner, where the service would better and everything would be served at once. But on the day in question, I was in a hurry. And why do they call it "Fast Food" again...?"
"Excellent service from the staff at this restaurant. The female employee at the drive-thru window in the morning always has a smile and a kind word to start the day."
"No topping whatsoever, not mixed at all, all ice cream with couple toppings on top, very rude workers, called back told me there’s nothing they can do for me. Not even properly filled to top."
