"So just needed a night away and apparently my card had issues at the time but got there right in time and had the best front desk experience in a hotel in a long time thanks to Country he def made me feel at home and welcomed even offered to help me with my stuff. Glad to see a local hotel that gives back as much as they do being someone who’s been in the shoes that they’ve helped and touched by the kindness they give thanks for an awesome experience on a long day of chaos"

"First impressions were not great by any means. The place looked kind of run down and sketchy. After talking with Kountry (an extremely helpful and kind man) down in the main lobby, he gave us lots of information about the inn, on fun things to do, and food near us as well as a positive second impression on the place. The rooms are clean, aside from a musty odor (that would be nice if it was gone), they overall are very good. The pool is very clean and looks to be well kept which is nice. They have quite a few rules which is nice for quieter people as it makes you feel safer and it keeps the roudy people out. We were also left with a pest control notice on our door which made us feel good knowing they are on top of pests. Overall, even though visual appeal might not be the best, very kind employees (especially Kountry) and very safe and clean environment. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff (specifically Big Country) is beyond helpful and kind, If you need anything the staff will help. The rooms are extremely clean and each room comes with extra trash bags and a broom along with a mini fridge and a TV. The shower water also gets extremely hot if you like that. The past two times we have came to Myrtle we have made sure to stay here and I will never stay anywhere else. The location is perfect because it is right at the beginning of the strip set a little back on a road that way you can walk right onto the strip but not be bothered by loud traffic or people."

"The rooms are clean rooms with a view of water from 3rd floor. In walking distance of the boardwalk/beach.Nice pool area with chairs/table and a 2ft pool for toddlers . Check in was easy and fast with the help of the Front Desk Guy Kountony. The owner and employees go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and enjoy your stay."

"Very kind staff. We had a room on the third floor and my mom couldn’t make it up the stairs. They were able to accommodate her and we ended up upgrading to a cottage for the price of a cleaning fee. The location was very convenient as it was virtually right next to the beach. The air conditioner was nice and cool, so the blistering summer heat wasn’t an issue in the slightest. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach at most. The staff was always very respectful to their guests. We also ended up getting a different sofa in the middle of our vacation that was even more comfortable than the previous one. It was a very welcoming and warm environment. I would definitely come back again."
