"This mans attitude was so nasty. As soon as I walked in the store he eyed me the entire time as if I was stealing. Anytime I ask him a question he was very rude about helping me. I asked could I get his name, he would not give it to me then I asked for the managers name and he would not give that to me either because he knew his service was terrible. I would suggest if you want quality customer service NOT TO COME HERE!!!!!!"

"I almost never leave reviews but my experience here was so awful, I immediately jumped to leave a review the second I walked out of the store. I purchased a product by mistake and instantly realized the second my receipt was handed to me. I then appologized to the cashier and explained that I had made an error and had left an item in my cart I'd never meant to purchase and if it was okay if I did a quick return. I was then told they don't give money back, only store credit which shocked me because I had never even left the spot I was standing in from when I purchased the item to when I had asked for the return. Now I'm out of my money on a product I have no need for. If you need 1 or 2 items then by all means, this place is the place for you, but if you need multiple items that you might need to return, don't even bother."

"I’m always hesitant about buying from an Asian beauty supply store. My experiences have always been negative. I decided to give this place a try. The people were rude, and unpleasant. I don’t understand how they can be rude to people who are buying from them. Found a black owned beauty supply store..and will never ever frequent this store again. I was almost tempted to return the items I bought..but lost my receipt."
