"The bad reviews are all RIGHT! This woman canceled my appointment 20 MINUTES before it was supposed to start, with no warning or explanation, just a text. I was already on my way there. So unprofessional. If you’re going to cancel, you need to give people AT LEAST a few hours notice."

"Purchase a Groupon deal for a full leg wax 4 months ago. The Groupon page mentions to call for appointment. No website available. I have never called for a service the way I did this one. I mean I’ve probably called and texted the number on the page like a 100 times in the past 4 months. Left voicemails and text messages. No response. Today I decided to drive myself there because my voucher expires in a week and i don’t see a refund option on groupon. I got there and while the name of the studio is at the entrance of the building, there’s not Ste number assigned to it and all 4 Str in the building are a different business. Tremendously disappointed. Don’t buy a groupon from this business. At this point the time I’ve spent on this is more than the money I paid. Smh"

"I’ve never had anything professionally waxed. A friend told me about Christin and her spa, Optimal Skin Studio. She goes and sees her at least once a month for waxing. She told me it’s the most painless wax she’s ever had. So I schedule an appointment to get my back done. I have a small little patch on my lower back. So I had it done today and not only was it virtually painless, but she made it comfortable, relaxing. Made me feel like I’ve been there before, just by the way she treated me. She explained the process first. She did exactly what she described. She was done before I knew it. Double checking to be certain not a single hair was missed. I love seeing a person that genuinely loves what they do. Not only the physical part of it but the educational part of it too. She answered every question with detailed knowledge. And was happy to do it. I’m coming back next week to get my first professional facial. And honestly I can’t wait. I was curious so I asked her to record it."
