"I went 2 times the first time was to cut my hair but I wanted my hair like a picture I showed them but they didn’t do it right and the second time I went to do some highlights it’s way to expensive and they leave it horrible it’s not pretty at I wanted to look like the picture and it look so bad."

"Worst experience ever!! My boys came out crying from this place. They felt ashamed and came out worst than what they came in from. My son told mom you only get one chance and that it on a man’s hair cut. My boys presented them pictures of what they wanted and they could of been honest and say they couldn’t do those types of hair. This was the first time me going there and will be the last time. I was busy talking to a person there waiting in waiting room and didn’t even bother to go watch them cut there hair which I now regret. I was too upset to go right in and talk to them because I know how I will react but I will be going back the next day to speak to the owner. The picture don’t do any justice. My oldest said mom I knew it was bad when she pull the scissors to do my edge up. The first picture is what they requested vs what they have."

"we made an appointment at 3 and we came in early and we saw it was empty and they said to wait ten minutes so we did and i saw that she was doing her nails ? like why right now and it was 3 and i still had to waiting and when i was ready to leave she said 5 minutes more and i just left because my appointment was at 3 not at the time she was going to be done with her nails, bad customer care just horrible."
