"Hope did a great job of cutting my hair and seemed quite friendly and didn't mind that I didn't want to chit chat during the haircut due to my social anxiety. Some stylists take this personally and think I am some kind of freak or something because I don't enjoy talking much but she didn't seem to mind. I will definitely come back here for future haircuts. Been coming here since 2012 or for the past 5 1/2 years. Stylists are very understanding and do a great job. Took one star off since price is a dollar cheaper at the other Fantastic Sams in Morrisville but this one provides better service so it is worth the premium price. :) Update (Sat, 11/10/18)- upgrading to 5 stars from 4 since the service was beyond excellent and everyone was friendly and pleasant and seemed to value me as a customer. I highly recommend this Fantastic Sams and I really hope that the management in the future doesn't change for the negative. Update (Sun, 9/8/19)- not sure of the negative reviews but for me very friendly staff who know me by name and an exceptionally nice store manager who always greets me & smiles each time I come in. Can't ask for much more in a discount salon. Thank you so much! :) 6 stars. Update (Fri, 10/27/23)—best go to salon in the country and everyone here is so nice and friendly and welcoming. Great prices also on a clipper cut and color and come for one every 4 weeks when the weather is warmer and 5 weeks when cooler. Keep up the excellent work!! :)"

"I come here for simple things: cover my roots and sometimes a simple layered haircut. I get that, my hair looks healthy and I don’t pay an arm and a leg. No one tries to upsell me, tells me my brows are bushy, or reminds me my hair is thinning(believe me, I’m aware). I’m treated with respect, I’m in and out, and it’s not crazy loud like other salons. If you want a simple easily reproduced thing at a good price this is your place."

"I went in for a simple cut and came out the 1st time with butchered hair and the 2nd time scalped. The manager told me the upside is I won't need a haircut for months. I know hair grows back, but dang I have to walk around like this for months The 1st "stylist" kept telling me I didn't want the cut I chose because I couldn't style it.
