"My mother ordered a delivery on a Friday for a Saturday as a birthday gift and the delivery was not completed. When the order was placed my mother was assured they knew the area in question and the address was given correctly; however they tried to claim there was no one home to receive the delivery. The person the flowers were for was home all day and the shop did not reach out to anyone until Monday to make their excuses and the manager who spoke to my mother was rude and attempted to gaslight her. The flowers were finally delivered on Tuesday and were 4 days old by that point. My mother has ordered this same order of birthday flowers for over 30 years from this shop and never had this problem but it now seems that we will need to find a new shop."

"Where very nice and helpfull with flowers for my grandmother's funeral but the flowers showed up with out the ribbon requested or the flowers requested. It was beautiful just not what we ordered. Update: An associate reached out and offered apologies and a discount. I did not accept the discount because that's not what this was about. This was a first class act by them. It restored my faith in Grays."

"Gorgeous arrangement!! I live in GA and needed an arrangement for my son & DIL that’s stationed in Watertown for the birth of my granddaughter. I emailed Gray’s Flower shop after hours and they called me the next morning first thing and I ordered my arrangement, paid and they even sent me a picture before hand. They had all of this done within 3 hours. Super friendly. Definitely recommend them."
