"I love Breen's. We go there every time we are out somewhere in Wayne county. They have a number of products that you cannot get in the big chain grocery stores. There is also a down home feel there. Everyone seems to know each other and are very friendly."
"This store like the cheat customer out of money by price gouging almost 89 to 90% name brand coast more here than any where else in the city several times I go in and see multiple items with price listed different from checkout. I do a lot of undercover work they take advantage of it people I bought there cooked macaroni $8 dollar 4 tender $12 for 10 wedges $3 small wedges by the way they sisnt like it when I took Pic started showing their own work grapes 12 for bag of grapes. Taking advantage of low income and homeless people on food this store need to be over turned and become a tops"
"Breen's is a good small town grocer. A lot of times they have items that other places don't and the prices are fair"
"Nice local grocery store, great meats, customer service, some products tend to be slightly higher priced but it's a hometown store not one of those big conglomerates. We always will support Breens."
"I bought a head of the Lettuce that was on sale Wednesday only for .88 cents. Every head in the bin was wilted or had already started to spoil . I choose the best one , got it home and started cutting it up . It was spoiled . I was in there on Monday and all the lettuce was in pristine condition . Must just be a coincidence . Regardless, I wont be shopping ther any more !. Enough of this nonsence !."
