He was extremely knowledgeable about ALL of the chairs in the showroom. He was very thorough explaining the different options, functions, and remotes. Michael was polite, friendly, and not at all pushy. He had me try 3 of the chairs and gave me ample time to enjoy each one. If you are looking for a made in America massage chair, I strongly recommend you look at Mattress Express in Oswego."
