Knights Inn Newport, TN

"I'm still in the second room the nice lady put us in .but had I known these pillows were flat and this bed was horribly wore out, misshapen and uncomfortable, I would have stayed in the first room. Which was disgusting with the sink hanging off the wall and carpet ripped out of a spot. The walls ceiling and tiles were stained but I'm betting the bed was able to be slept in. Come into the room at 10pm. It's now 330am. Haven't been able to sleep at all. I've cried for 5 hours and kept my husband awake and since they didn't want to refund our money upon first room issue, I hardly think they would have changed rooms again. But this is the most we have ever spent here and it's been the worst stay. I'm now ready to drive home, in the cold and dark, 3 hours away. TIRED because I cannot sleep here. It's not even comfortable to sit on this bed. My husband and I have stayed here many times and never had an issue until now. Paid WAY WAY WAY MORE then usual to have THEE WORST NIGHT EVER. I already have issues from having a car wreck some years ago. But now,, I'm more crippled and out money I could have used for a good night's rest elsewhere. Seriously disappointed that we were put in such HORRIBLE rooms for the money we paid and how many times we have stayed with them in the past. Sadly, due to this , we will never return to this motel. If they treat good customers this way, can you imagine how they treat others they do not know"

"vending machines not working, one of the lights out in the room with one more having a short. otherwise comfy bed and ok service"

"The lady was nice until we went and checked the room and found cockroach and bed bugs. (I always check before taking anything in) went back and told her I wasn't staying and told her they had cockroachs and bed bugs, she we do not have cocroaches, I said ill show you, she said ill look tomorrow. She said you want another room, I said no thank you. Just a refund. She said ok. Left and went across to the best Western, $ 30 more got a nicer room and breakfast."

"This was the nastiest hotel I've been to for a long long time. Way over priced. Sign said $56 but by the time it was all said and done, it was over a hundred dollars. Plus they kept the$50 pet deposit. Do yourself a favor, and stay at the Quality Inn right by it. The rooms are a lot cleaner and they actually have the free breakfast they advertise."

"I've stayed many times passing through. Just pure by chance I stopped here. Such a nice couple that owns this motel. Very pleasant and they remember their returning guest. Good to see good people running a good business. They have my business when I travel through here. Highly recommend."
