"On Dec. 30/2023 my husband and l stayed at this hotel in room 202. We asked to see the room and we were denied. Shortly, after we settled and went to bed we heard barking. It got louder and kept on. I, Jo, got up and knew that it came from room 204 right next to us. Knocking on their door and then the window, no response. I went to the desk, and the woman who checked us in said that this is a pet friendly hotel. We weren't told this verbally before paying for the room, nor was there an obvious sign stating that this was a pet friendly hotel. She said there was nothing she could do even after she told me that they didn't even sign in with a pet. There would be an added fee for having a pet. I didn't understand how room 204 got preference over us when we both payed to stay. I asked what could she do. She told me she couldn't do anything because guests with pets are assigned "the outside rooms" and there weren't any left. Therefore, they didn't pay to bring a dog and were able to stay in their room. I asked for the manager, and he wasn't there and l coaxed her to call him. She spoke with him and wrote down the details for him. He obviously didn't do anything on our behalf. I continued asking her to call room 204. She looked at me, and l said, "You have my number so you must have theirs." So she calls them and let it ring suspecting they went out. They did respond and she relayed to them the same info she gave me. Next morning, l spoke to a different woman at the desk and she gave me, after requesting it, the manager's name. It was Roland. Needless to say, we would not have picked this hotel. We would be satisfied with a full refund."
"The people at the front desk were nice when they greeted me and when I came back for a refund. We walked in the room and it smelled like old mold. The lights were not on but when I turned them on I saw that the dark colored sheets had stains and cigarette burn hold in them. We immediately left. They were nice about it all. This place might be fine for someone in construction, but I would not recommend this place for families or if you value the possessions in your vehicle. Sketch."
"Awesome experience here at the Quality Inn! Workers were super nice, the rooms were clean and the free breakfast was an added bonus! Juices, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, waffles. Steer clear of the Knights Inn right behind it tho, nasty place. They charge a pet deposit that they don't return. Room ended up being $150. Stayed 2 nights at the Quality Inn for the price of 1 at Knights Inn."
"After a long day of driving, we had a very pleasant overnight stay.ur Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were closed. They are renovating to bring this hotel back "to it's former glory." We will stay here again. Our overnight stay was reasonable and inexpensive."
"Very poor repair. Nothing work. Pool closed. Bar closed. Most lighting not working. Rooms smell like urine. Rear rooms look like homeless shelter. Felt unsafe. Many local shady characters in and out. First room had someone squatting in it. Hotel had no record of anyone staying there. Bed sheets has urine and other stains. Tried to get clean sheets, hotel said we had to wait till morning. Used towels in room. No replacements as well. Won't issue refund. Going to eat the loss and move to another hotel. Highly recommend not staying here. You've been forewarned. F-. Update: got back to room found no maid service. Front desk claimed the maids were too busy to get to all the room. Too many guests. Lol. Got even worse. Charged us for rooms we did not even use! Then charged us $40 because my son left a bag in the room! Worst hotel experience of my life. Abused mu credit card. Now I'll have to fight for months yo get my money back... Horrible Horrible Horrible!"
