"Have been to Mens warehouse several times for myself and my son. We are renting tuxedos for a wedding and I was measured a few months ago and paid for my rental. I have lost weight and tried to get remesurad and even though didn't bring the receipt they can't find anything in the system. We live 35 to 40 miles away and now need to go back home and come back for this inconvenience. Not only that but it seemed the person was not willing to help once she could not find my information. A solution could be to measure me and I can call in my information to complete the process. Not happy about this at all."
