Jimmy John's

"Had never been to Jimmy John's before last week. However, their Tuscan Italian Wrap sounded delicious. I got the combo; my wrap was without onions and tomatoes, it was very good. I was quite surprised at how fresh and crisp the regular chips were, I got the fountain lemonade. It was all so good that I went back on Saturday, ordered online and picked up. The staff is friendly and the place was spotless! I would go back again!"

"Staff was friendly. Clean and nice interior. I do have to complain about my lunch though. The bread was not fresh AT ALL. Tasted like day(s) old bread or it may have been overcooked, either way, I’ve had a lot better at other locations. I ordered a beach club and added onions and hot peppers, the cashier and I even had a whole discussion on the hot peppers. It didn’t take long to get my sandwich, although I thought it was odd I got my order before the people that ordered before me, but I made sure I wasn’t taking someone else’s order. I guess mine came out quick because it was missing ingredients…. I get back to work, 15 minutes away, starving and ready to eat my favorite sandwich and I am about half way into half of it and realized my sandwich did not include my add ons and they didn’t even put the guacamole on the sandwich even though it’s a MAIN ingredient. I called and they put a credit on my account, but I honestly don’t want to go back. They don’t even take online orders, which I understand why they don’t, that store would go out of business pretty quick due to the refunds they’d have to do. There was about 3-4 people at the sandwich line and they still couldn’t get it right. Plus it wasn’t busy at all… this was the most bland sandwich I have gotten at Jimmy John’s. It was literally the worst. Very disappointing. I guess I shouldn’t expect a whole lot from a gastonia store..."

"My first time going into one of these. It’s nice walking inside to clean color store, but some of the instruction signs blend in as decorations a little to well. Service was like C- overall and barely said anything at all. Food was made to menu instructions as it was only after that options were revealed that could have been addressed. Lead employee seemed to be rude to subordinates as well with instructions and snickering behind the cashier. Almost $30 for 2 combos when food “sandwich, soda, and the side option is chips or a large pickle” but flavor was on point. This will not be a regular visit for me but a craving for the food not the experience."

"Rip off. This is the 3rd time I've gotten a very small sandwich. The "little john" states it is 6.5 long...well apparently this location no longer does that. The past 3 times I've ordered it, I've gotten a 5" sandwich. If you're going to give less then you should charge less."

"Always my go to for my subs. Jimmy John's is my favorite sub place to eat that bread is everything. Today, I was able to use my bday reward and get a free sub. The app is is winning in my book you get freebies throughout the year plus you can order ahead. My order was waiting on me when I arrived. Get you some Jimmy John don't forget to download the app."
