"I took my car here to get a rotor done because I couldn’t get a nut out. They did the rotor and I started hearing a knocking noise in the front. I took it back and said I recently got a rotor installed from them. They said they don’t install your own parts there. I then still took my car in to see what the issue was. They said it could be a bad rotor, or tire rod. You think they would’ve checked both of them and told me what really was wrong with the car. I got the tie rod and the other issue fixed. I still hear the knocking noise. All in all I felt like they “tried” to do shady business. I’ve spent like 1400 dollars in two weeks dealing with what I think was just a bad rotor. I won’t ever be going back to this business again."

"Don’t go here save your time and money. Took over three appointments to get to root of issues with my tires and for me to get new ones. And when I got new ones they didn’t even do my alignment right. Don’t go here please save your money and more importantly your time. Go to a reputable local mechanic instead to put tires on."

"went here cuz paul was so amazing. he left and it has been down hill ever since. got my oil changed and tired rotated and they never told the car computer so it was telling me the incorrect tire needed air. got a flat tire last night and made an appointment for this morning at 8am to get 3 new tires. my appointment was at 8am but I was informed it would be 3 to 4 hours which does not work because I had to go to work. It was explained to me that online lets them book so many appointments, and they basically lost a giant sale because of it. I asked what the point of making an appointment was and I was told to block the time out but if that were the case, then I would’ve been seen at 8 AM my appointment time. called corporate to complain but i doubt they will change anything. I understand they are short staffed, but then take the online appointments out of the equation. The most annoying part even though there allegedly were many people in front of me I was the only physical person in the store, so clearly those people had dropped their vehicles off. so i took my business to a shop that actually wanted my money"

"Hands down the best auto shop I've ever been to. Steve store manager and owner is an amazing guy. It's a very friendly, and welcoming kind of place. You bring in your car, he makes you feel comfortable and you don't feel like you're getting ripped off. Had a great talk with him super nice guy definitely my new place to bring my car. Very well priced, very honest, and can't speak highly enough about the place. This is what customer service should be like everywhere, a business that's actually appreciates its customers. I wish there were more like it. definitely calls to make an appointment before you go in, it just makes it easier."
