"We visited The Regency Inn last night because of a truck issue and when i say the staff are some of the kindest sweetest people, they really are. They made us feel so at home and safe. Anytime we’re in North Carolina we definitely will stay there because everyone was so welcoming and sweet. Super grateful to Delila and Robert. They made the bad day we were having so much better. The rooms were super clean. They’re in the middle of a remodel but everything was clean and nice."
"I wish I had read the reviews before paying for the room. I unfortunately got dropped off by uber (just flew in for a couple of days) and if I wasn't so tired, I would have walked to a different hotel. Was greated by roaches on the headboard. Was not comfortable at all."
"I wouldn't recommend this place to NO ONE! The lady at the front office is just horrible and rude for no reason. No tv, wifi didn't work, no towels or toilet paper... paid $80 and went to get a refund after 2-3mins (long enough to step in the room and back out) and was refused a refund. The hotel is run down and the staff is even worse... Just keep driving anywhere is better then there.. only gave it a star so I could post btw."
