"I would strongly recommend that you make sure that you buy the right size as they didn’t allow me for return as the product was discounted. But the worst was I placed a new order, tried to cancel it a couple of hours afterwards and they didn’t allow me to cancel my order. The customer service is really bad and took advantage of the situation. I will never buy from them again. Please be careful buying from this site."

"Don't normally write reviews, but this was a particular situation that I thought warranted it.....I purchased a jersey for my son. For some reason the size selection I made reverted back to default selection and when I went to check out I didn't notice. Jersey came, realized it was the wrong size. They had the correct size in stock. Offered to pay shipping fee to get correct size. They refused. So if you shop here, make sure there are no issues, because if there are any, they will not accommodate...I try to support the "little guy", but no longer with this company. purchased the correct size from Fanatics...."

"NYCMode.. I will admit I ordered the wrong size shoe. I reached to this company to apologize for the error. Just wanted to get the correct size. They emailed me back saying sorry but the shoe was on sale and no returns will be accepted. My intentions where to pay the shipping back and the difference in cost. That's it. But not an option, so I'll just donate the shoes since I won't be able to wear em. Never again will I buy anything from this company. Heads up READ the entire all and any comments they make on their web site. Don't get screwed like I did."

"I ordered a pair of converse to California. They arrived and they are full of wet glue and paste inside. They also had orange stains inside. They were supposed be brand new. I emailed them and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I told them to check their inventory so no one else gets a product that's trash. I would never order from them again. The converse must be fake and they offered no type of credit or anything. It is unbelievable."
