"Never shopping here again they refused to take back an item because it was from Roosevelt Field Mall. They insisted it was not a factory outlet item. I got it from the clearance store at extra 60 percent off. Tell me where you can find a dress for 28 dollars at a normal express store. This is very poor customer service. They should realize there is a separate express store in the basement of Roosevelt Field Mall with all clearance items. Bunch of bowlsh*t."

"Do not visit this location the lady named Dawn is so nasty, treating the workers and the customers horribly. She looks at customers and says hurry up. She was talking to another girl at the register through her eyes indicating that the customers are taking so long. Well Dawn the customers do need time. Without customers there would be no store and business. She is disrespectful and a bitter miserable person. I would not spend a dollar here. Apparently everyone at Broadway mall knows about this lady’s demeanor."
