"They are closing the store so I think they don’t fear about there’s job or they are resembling themselves as God. Women at the evening shift on 01/19/24 was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked her name and she hide her badge stating I’m not sharing my name and I can do whatever I want. There was other gentleman in glasses with mustache, he was listing to conversation and didn’t even bother to educate her that how u speak to ppl. The store owner needs to know that on his/her back what actions has been taken by the face of the company. I’m going to write a email to champs complaint department too as it forced me to move out of a store at 8:45 pm. It’s very frustrating to see people like this when their key job is to treat and talk to people nicely."

"This location is one of the best locations so far. Has most of the stuff I need whether it’s shoes or clothing and that staff are very respectful and kind. My last visit I was helped by Mohamed and he helped me with all the stuff I needed. As soon as I walked into the store he immediately asked if I needed any help and he was very respectful, helpful, and kind when it came to my questions. Can’t wait to come back and shop again!"

"The store manager is super rude and very unprofessional. He definetely doesn’t like his job thats why he doesn’t care about his customer and is affecting the companies name. He doesn’t know how to handle any situation and would never ever shop at this store again. If you don’t wanna leave your sneaker shopping trip unhappy please don’t go to champs broadway mall."

"Extremely rude employee came up to my friend and I while we were looking at some shorts. We calmly, to ourselves, were wondering how the price was. This employee barged through us and said "you guys need the price let me do it, I don't need ya'll unfolding everything around here" when all my friend I did was touch a pair shorts and shoes...there was no unfolding or mess making involved what so ever. Meanwhile, right next to us there was someone putting on pants in front of everyone. What way to bring down our mood, will not be returning."
