"Good luck finding this location. There was not one person that worked in Nordstrom in the men's department that was aware Indochino existed. There has to be some sort of better marketing for this location."

"Terrible customer experience. First off, it’s difficult to find because google maps says it’s somewhere else in the mall and it’s not in any directory in the mall. Got directed to Nordstrom suits. Some guy walked me in and pretty much waited 40 min for the tailor to tell me he doesn’t do measurements, he’s only there to do alterations. Waited for someone to help me, next person tells me that there is no one to measurements as they’re “closed”. Mind you I came on time and had to wait to be “helped”. Granted, he eventually looked up my account and I was not able to update my body measurements as my suit is already in progress. Never going to that hot mess again. As much as a headache it was going to the original broome street store was, they ran things great."

"Made an appointment a month ago for suits for our wedding and when we arrived we waited over 30 minutes for someone from indochino to show up. Thank God for the sweet man running around trying to find the woman. Once she showed up, no apology and an attitude so we walked right out. So disappointed because we used the location in the city for a friends wedding and we all raved about it for years. My advice for indochino is take yourself out of this location because they’re destroying your name."

"We went in for a custom suit for my father-in-law, and this Indochino couldn't care less about the custom suit experience. From the poor service during the initial fit, to the upselling to the most expensive suits and then the alteration process. When he went to pick up the suit, there were no Indochino reps to make sure the suit fit correctly, the Nordstrom staff was rude and dismissive and they lost the Indochino suit bag. If you are a looking for a custom suit experience avoid this location at all costs. You're better off going to an actual Indochino store, or saving yourself money and buying off the rack at Macy's or elsewhere."
