"I brought a computer to this place to get repaired through insurance. Dropped my computer off August 15th for a battery & screen repair. Over a week and half later STILL HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED. I called multiple times having to ask for updates with nothing but always an excuse. Unfortunately insurance brought me here but they were advised of this situation. If you get told to go here for insurance there’s others. Nothing but a waste of time. Picked it up & bringing somewhere else who can do this in less than 2 week. FYI SAME OWNERS AT GARDEN CITY LOCATION. STAY FAR AWAY. They ended up frying my computer after being thrown around for weeks"
