Reviews
"I just dropped a negative review for the place and specially the barista while I was waiting for my coffee. But I am happily changing the review because of nice demeanor of the same person. She apologized for delay and compensated with a card for my next order. I was very impressed. Thank you Miss Barista ( the one with Net cap)"
"I visit this store frequently, and always have great service but I don't know what happened today. I was greeted at the register by Genna. She helped me place my order correctly and redeem a reward that I had in my account. After the order was placed and I made my way to the bar. I saw a strawberry açaí being made at the time and I saw ice being added into the cup. I assumed it was mine. I said "excuse me" to the barista named D. Is that the refresher for Doug, if so I asked for no ice. Immediately Lilly takes over the conversation when I was not even speaking to her jumps down my throat and scolds me in front of the other family. "That's not yours, your drink isn't ready." It was embarrassing because there was another family there and this is how you respond to a customer? I continued to apologize to D for assuming, and Lilly rolled her eyes and blurts out I'm gonna drop my til, as if she's had enough and doesn't want to be there. It was just a nasty environment. I apologized again to D saying I hope you don't have to continue working with rude people. I do want the manager of the store to call me, because I do deserve an apology. I felt embarrassed to the fullest because I felt attacked. I wanted to say something back, but did not because she is a female. I felt belittled and overlooked that regardless of whatever, I was a customer first and this is not how you treat customers. Ill just go to the location closer to my house on 96th and Lex."
"All the staff are extremely friendly! They always greet me when I come in. My coffee is always made in a timely manner. It's always a pleasure getting my coffee from there. Honestly, it's my favorite Starbucks to go to."
"After the amazing experience I had, I had to come here and leave a review. There is a barista, his name was “J” and he was amazing!! He was so polite and sweet and honestly one of the best Starbucks employees I have EVER met in my life! I was so impressed how he was able to take my order and make it immediately afterwards, all by HIMSELF!! And the drink was DELICIOUS! I noticed he was the only one present there so I can’t imagine the stress but he was still giving such an amazing service. If all the other employees were like him, this Starbucks would only get 5 STARS reviews!! Thank you so much “J”!!!!"
"I’m not here to offend, Starbucks has so many good stores, it this one isn’t one of them. We came there, not in a rush hour or something and waited for someone to take our order for ten minutes while the two girls who worked there wasn’t even looking at us, one of them talking on the phone with her AirPods and there other seemed like doesn’t want to even socialize with people. After 10 minutes no less, came a guy, it took me at least 3 times to repeat our order. While the drinks came ok, he totally forgot the brownies, and when I asked for them, one of the girls told- “don’t worry they are coming right up”, without even checking, but when I came back to line of customers, the man cashier totally forgot about it. This store isn’t managed right, maybe isn’t managed at all"
